I AM movie review: contains spoiler.

so i finally watched I AM with a couple of friends today. the movie was amazing—much better than i expected! i mean yes, it’s a documentary movie about SM Entertainment artists.. but i never thought that the movie would actually show those exclusive vintage videos/v-logs from their training era that most of the fans haven’t seen before; heck, even the artists haven’t seen them lol. seeing the artists’ expressions while watching their nostalgic audition and pre-debut videos, is priceless. i teared up a bit, a couple times. and the ‘virtual’ dancing scenes; where SME’s dancing machines like Yunho, Eunhyuk, Taemin are dancing with their young, pre-debut selves. the idea is brilliant, really.
however, the movie told us so few of TVXQ’s debut :’) i’m a ot5 cassie, so don’t ask.
i got quite emotional, tbh. because.. i think i’m currently in the phase where i need to patiently wait for ‘that’ time to come. lol sigh. i kinda consider myself as a trainee, so to speak haha. and seeing their work ethic, their persistence.. wow. so discipline. those SME artists are working their arses off to reach their dreams, i might as well feel ashamed if i nag or complain over every little things that makes me tired. seriously. i mean Jonghyun usually practiced singing for 6 hours??? man, i usually practice singing for only 3 hours or so, and i feel tired. they needed to do other practices as well.. not to mention most of them were still in school. you need a really good time-management skill to do them all.
i just wish that our precious boys and girls in SME are living a happy and healthy life, no matter how hard their situation is; with their tight schedules, personal problems and all. that’s all that matters. us fans will always got your back. 화이팅~!
gosh, i don’t know. i just feel so inspired after watching this movie. so, i too… 열심히 일하겠습니다 :’)
ps: a lot of onew sangtae ♥♥♥♥♥
